As a Non-Profit Thrift, we are selling IN GOOD FAITH lightly used items that have been donated to us. We make every effort to inspect and test the items to make sure they are in good condition and working properly. All items are sold AS IS and may have some slight wear and tear and minor condition issues. If you have any questions or concerns about an item please call the appropriate store, or inspect the item in person, before making your purchase.

Refund Policy: We want our Online Shoppers to Shop with Confidence and will refund your money if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase if you return it within 7 days. NO REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS. Thanks for shopping BSRI Thrift Online!

Pickup Policy - Items purchased online must be picked up at the appropriate store within 7 days or they will be considered abandoned and re-sold. NO REFUNDS ON ABANDONED ITEMS. Pickup hours are 10:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Saturday. You must call the appropriate store to schedule your pickup. Calabash - 910-579-7488, Shallotte - 910-754-9335. Items purchased will be available by the next business day and in some cases the same business day. You must show your email receipt and ID when picking up your merchandise.

Local Delivery Policy If you would like your online purchase delivered, please purchase the appropriate delivery fee with the picture of our box truck. There are $50, $60, $70, $80, $100 amd $120 options based on your distance from our stores. If you have any questions on which delivery fee to purchase, please call 910-712-6458 for more info.
